Episode 39: Villisca Murder House
On June 10,1912, Josiah and Sarah Moore, along with their four children and two of their children’s friends, were found dead inside the Moore home. After they were murdered by axe, the bodies and windows were all covered, bacon was thrown around the house, and the doors were locked.
There were multiple suspects, but no one has ever been found guilty of this crime. It’s said the spirits of the children still roam the house today, but there are stories of more sinister spirits haunting the house as well.
